Brien en España

I got this blog with the intention to use it to communicate with friends and family on the other side of the Atlantic, but lately I've just been posting silly images and stuff. The truth of the matter is that not a whole lot is going on. Take today, for example, my only class on Friday was canceled this week, so I slept in then woke up, did some programming. When Alex got home we spent the next few hours building IKEA furniture for the kitchen. A late lunch was our reward. That's it. Exciting. What else: Classes have been going for a few weeks; they're alright. I took the morning schedule and the only real problem with it is the commute. It's just about an hour and a half in the metro/bus every day.

I guess something worth mentioning is that last week Alex, Ana, Tia Lola, Tio Manolo and I went to Galicia. We had Wednesday off and we skipped on Thursday and Friday. Because it's been rainy and cool in Madrid for the past week, Galicia's weather didn't strike much of a contrast. The food did, though. I ate to the verge of popping every day. I fucking love Galicia's food. Great seafood and beef, what else could you ask for?

So now that I've written those words I believe it is time to share another silly image:
ring, ring, ring, banarchy!

I saw this and thought it was funny. Well, at least Lane might enjoy it.

  • Hey Turtle,

I just got done catching up with Wario's blog. I guess I'll start doing a little posting too, as John hasn't found time to keep you updated on everyone's stories.

    Check it out at: www.icetoah.blogspot.com

  • I was thinking about how to best keep you informed on what is happening here as opposed to waiting for yout opost then validating the read with an update.

It's like, "good brien, thank you for posting. In return, well treat you to some of our lives as payment for your stories from spain."

It pisses me off that you can find boredom in another country, but I am also a realist about stuff like this, so I'm galdd you at least were able to get anough food to stuff your little spanish tummy, robot.

I;m listening to pizzicato 5 right now because I thought it would make me happy, instead it's pissing me off. All is lost.

Well unitl your next adventure keep posting stupid shit. I need some internet validation.

    czech ya later,
    ~Chi
